Shahi Darbar takes its structure from a Mughal darbar doorway. A cusped arch rises through three concentric keylines, set against a full ground of eight-point star jaali — the same lattice cut into the screens at Fatehpur Sikri. Two kalash urns anchor the lower corners, and an antique-gold triple border frames the whole card with corner medallions. It is the most ornate design in the Davat catalogue and reads best on a deep burgundy ground, where gold linework carries the most weight. Choose it for a barat or walima where the invitation needs to feel ceremonial from the first glance.
